Built-in alerts allow you to be notified immediately when a response requires action.
Alerts are sent to the alert dashboard, an audit log within the portal that allows you to keep track of and manage all alerts.
Triggered alerts are immediately sent via email, and SMS if preferred, to all respective managers and assistant managers. Alerts can also be routed via email and text to Human Resources staff as needed.
